When you use the AI-assisted briefing flow or contact New Minds, the website may collect your name, email address, company or website, project type, offer description, target audience, budget range, desired timeline, selected features, conversation answers, technical delivery metadata and the page where the request was submitted.
3. Why the data is used
The data is used to understand your project request, qualify scope, reply to your enquiry, prepare a recommended next step, prevent spam or abuse, maintain the website and improve the briefing experience.
4. AI-assisted processing
The briefing flow is AI-assisted and is clearly disclosed in the interface. AI output is used to structure and summarise enquiries. Important commercial commitments, final scope, timing and pricing are reviewed by a human before confirmation.
5. Service providers
New Minds may use infrastructure and workflow providers to process enquiries, including Vercel for hosting and server functions, Make for webhook automation, Google Sheets for lead logging, Gmail for internal notifications, Google Fonts for font delivery and OpenAI if AI enrichment is enabled. These providers process data only to support website delivery and enquiry handling.
6. Legal basis
Enquiry data is processed to respond to your request and take steps before entering into a potential service agreement. Limited technical and security data may also be processed for legitimate interests such as spam prevention, service reliability and protection against abuse.
7. Retention
Project enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for business records, legal obligations, dispute handling or an active client relationship. You may request deletion of enquiry data by emailing New Minds.
